Daniel J. Lee is a Trial Attorney who professionally advances his clients’ best interests in the court of law. Mr. Lee’s civil litigation practice includes the areas of personal injury, labor & employment, business, consumer, and real estate.
Representing various clients from a myriad of industries, Mr. Lee has advocated at the trial level on behalf of national financial institutions (e.g., Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, U.S. Bank, Bank of New York Mellon, Wells Fargo), national title insurers (e.g., Fidelity National Title), international broadcasting corporations (e.g., Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation, Seoul Broadcasting System, Korean Broadcasting System), public companies (e.g., Toshiba, ABM Industries, Fannie Mae), large developers (e.g., Warmington), high level executives, closely held corporations, and countless individuals. Mr. Lee has also advanced creditors’ rights in the United States Bankruptcy Court and has successfully argued before the California Courts of Appeal.
As a lifelong resident of Southern California, Mr. Lee attended UCLA for his undergraduate studies, and thereafter Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law for his legal education. As a law student, Mr. Lee trained to become a trial attorney by serving in the Gang Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Academically, Mr. Lee graduated with honors and served as an Editor in the Chapman Law Review.
Prior to co-founding Lee & Kim LLP, Mr. Lee was Partner at the boutique litigation firm of Ross Wersching & Wolcott, LLP where he remains Of Counsel, and founder of Victims’ Legal Counsel, APC, a firm dedicated to seeking justice and serving as victims’ righteous indignation in the court of law.
Mr. Lee is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Additionally, Mr. Lee is a licensed California real estate broker who regularly facilitates the purchase and sale of real property.
